Formed Products
When cut sheets and coils aren't enough, we deliver finished and semi-finished components — slit body blanks, formed parts and composite can ends — clearly attributed to the company that makes them.
Sometimes purchasing cut sheets, coils or individual processing services doesn't fully meet a sourcing need. Whether we tool up internally or coordinate across the RSI family, we help develop a competitive supply chain for finished and semi-finished components.
From Reynolds Services
- Slit body blanks — can body blanks produced on our sheet slitters, ready for three-piece canmaking.
- Formed components & rework — formed slip covers, manufactured parts, and value-added rework of cut sheets with shape issues using our specialty rework equipment.
From Rayfield / Metallic Impressions
Composite can ends and contract-stamped components are produced by Rayfield Metal Stamping, a brand of our Metallic Impressions subsidiary.
- Composite can ends & closures in ETP and TFS — sizes 210.5, 211, 300/307 and 401.
- Contract metal stamping and custom tooling — see Metal Stamping & Tooling.
