Galvanized & Galvanneal

Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) is carbon steel coated with zinc on both sides in a continuous hot-dip process, used in roll- and brake-formed, lock-seam and deep-drawn applications — studs, HVAC, automotive parts, building panels, electrical boxes, appliances and more. Galvanneal adds an in-line heat treatment that converts the coating to a zinc-iron alloy with a matte finish that accepts paint readily, welds more easily, and resists scratching and corrosion better than standard HDG.

Cold Rolled Steel

Flat rolled steel reduced to final thickness at room temperature, used for storage racks, office furniture, tubing and storage sheds — typically as a painted product.

Hot Rolled Steel

Steel sheet reduced to final thickness on a high-temperature rolling facility, used for auto and truck frames, pipe and tube, and guardrail — available in a wide range of strengths.

Specialty metals

• Pre-Painted Steel — coil-coated flat rolled for finished applications.
• Aluminum — corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, low-density alloy for food and cosmetic packaging, equipment, furniture and aerospace, in a wide range of forms.
• Stainless Steel — multiple grades and finishes where strength, formability and corrosion resistance are required, in flat rolled or sheet form.
• Counterweights — steel counterweights from 6" to 9.65" thick, in widths up to 72", cut to length for handling or custom projects.
